Policies

*Please arrive 5 minutes early to your scheduled appointment to ensure it begins and ends on time. 

*All appointments will require a 50% deposit upon booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.

*If you cannot make your appointment, please contact Relax & Wax via phone or email to cancel at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. If the appointment is cancelled after the 24 hour time frame, you forfeit your deposit and will need to pay a new deposit on your future booking. If you cancel before 24 hours, your deposit will be refunded to you.

*If you need to reschedule, your deposit will go towards your reschedule appointment. 

*If you do not show up to your appointment, do not call or respond to our calls, you will be charged IN FULL for the appointment.

*We do not accept checks as a form of payment.

*Although text messages are a preferred form of contact, please call or text for appointments during hours of operation.
